Terracotta 627 Chop platter 27.6 cm / 10 3/4" (8653) The Royal Copenhagen Fairytale Pattern was designed by Finn Næss-Schmidt and the actual drawings for the transferware were designed by Jørgen Nielsen . The Fairytale service was decorated on the Angular form in both Grey and Terracotta versions so that all pieces would mix and match. At the time of production it was the most complex multicolor transferware ever produced by the Royal Copenhagen Factory.
The grey pattern is number 1201, terracotta is 1202 and the serving pieces that will match both colors is 1203.
